Syringoma is a common benign skin tumor arising from the eccrine sweat ducts. It appears as small, skin-colored papules, most often on the eyelids, and is typically symmetrical and asymptomatic.

Treatment
Usually benign and requires no treatment; laser, electrocautery, or cryotherapy may be used for cosmetic concerns.
