Overview

Tinea manuum is a dermatophyte infection of the hand. It commonly presents with scaling of the palm, blisters, rough skin, fissuring, and itching, and is often associated with athlete's foot.

Treatment

Caused by fungal infection; apply topical antifungal cream consistently, adding oral antifungals for thickened, hyperkeratotic lesions.
