Testicular cancer is a malignant tumor of the testicle, most common in young and middle-aged men, with cryptorchidism being an important risk factor. Germ cell tumors are the most common type, usually presenting as a painless testicular enlargement or lump, and it generally responds well to treatment.

Treatment
Radical orchiectomy is the first choice, supplemented by radiotherapy or chemotherapy according to the pathological type and stage.
