Bladder cancer refers to various malignant tumors arising from the bladder, involving uncontrolled proliferation of abnormal cells. The bladder is a hollow organ that stores urine, located in the lower abdomen. The most common type of bladder cancer arises from the mucosal lining of the bladder and is formally called transitional cell carcinoma (TCC).

Treatment
Comprehensive treatment is undertaken after evaluation by a specialist and may include surgery combined with intravesical chemotherapy, radiotherapy, and immunotherapy.
